Guild Wars 2

So I’ve been gone a few months and have just got back into it with the xpac and whatnot. All I want to do is understand this fancy new tempest meta but I can’t find a video that correlates with http://metabattle.com/wiki/Build:Tempest_-_Celestial_Auramancer using either staff or d/f. I’ve always been a d/d or d/f kinda gal, are there any good up to date videos demonstrating this build, strategies, etc? Am I missing something obvious here, is this no longer the meta? Should I just go back to plain ol’ d/d?

Not to be pedantic but illegal isn’t the right word to use. Violating the TOS or against the game rules is.

You’d have to work hard to actually break the law of whatever country you’re in within GW2.

Beserker? Soldier? What should I go for? Will be doing mostly WVW with some dungeons mixed in.

Why not arcane blast for the extra explosive finish?

I haven’t played the game in a year, I come back, traits are all different, my dyes have reset, there’s hero points.

Will someone tell me some good PVP and WvW builds for d/d ele now? I am old and stupid and everything I once understood is different now.
