As for me, this is PERFECT for both PVE and PVP (since I’ve tried a lot of variations):

Dagger/Focus and Dagger/Warhorn + Signet/Spectral skills
Spite/Blood Magic/Soul Reaping

Also, I dislike minions (sorry ^^)

I use D/F and D/W + sigils/spectral for high DPS in PVP/PVE
Spite + Blood Magic + Soul Reaping build
focus on Power, Toughness, Precision, Vitality (which are main skills) + Critical Damage

Smart Necros with a lot of minions and Death Magic build instead of BM or SR are incredibly cool too. But I’ve never loved minions as much as they deserve, so I decided to build my own way
