I have the birthday gift in my bank but I can’t open it because I deleted the character which I received the gift in my mail.

Hello, my problem is that I received the Birthday Gift on one of my characters, I put it in the bank and later on deleted the character. Now I can’t open the gift because it’s bound to that character. Can I receive it again or something? Would be thankful for help.
