The Nuclear guild was founded aiming to create an unique environment to the various game modes Guild Wars 2 offers. Based on it’s fundamental pillars – culture, resources, interpersonality, leadership and empiricism – this environment was denominated “Unity”.
The whole organizational system is thought on the personal interaction from each individual and their relation with the Unity. On the final integration to Nuclear, the individual choose between many subjects, that focus on many areas of knowledge from the game, being estimulated to choose their abilities on what pleases you the most, and supported on the ones you most need or want to know.
Everything is bound to empiricism. This means that, the player is guided through the process of knowledge of the Unity’s pillars, during the process the player may learn Nuclear’s culture, participate on resource obtainment, work on interpersonality and develop their leadership within the group. Once has achieved most part of their knowledge, the player will be able to pass it forward. This makes Nuclear’s growth a permanent and progressive flux, creating a stable and respectful environment.
Nuclear’s fundament believes guilds are created to aggregate personal values to a group and provide an extra content of fun, assuring the participation and permanence of all individuals in the game.

We honor our server, Northern Shiverpeaks (NA). We accept players from any server. But only if the player is willing to migrate to our server when able to do so.
3. What’s the times are you active?
The guild is full-time active. However, the majority period occurs from 4pm to 11pm (GMT-3)

A guilda Nuclear foi fundada para criar um ambiente único aos variados modos de jogo que Guild Wars 2 possibilita. Baseado nos seus pilares fundamentais – a cultura, os recursos, a interpessoalidade, a liderança e o empirismo – esse ambiente foi denominado Unidade.
Todo o sistema organizacional é pensado na interação pessoal de cada indivíduo e sua relação com a Unidade. Ao final da integração à Nuclear, o indivíduo escolhe dentre várias disciplinas que focam diversas áreas de conhecimento do jogo, sendo estimulado em escolher suas habilidades no que mais o diverte, e auxiliado nas que precisa ou deseja conhecer.
Tudo é fadado ao Empirismo. Por esse motivo, todo jogador é acompanhado pelo processo de conhecimento dos pilares da Unidade, onde aprende a forma da cultura Nuclear, participa na obtenção de recursos, trabalha a sua interpessoalidade e desenvolve sua liderança com o grupo. Uma vez que o jogador tenha conquistado grande parte do seu conhecimento, ele passa a transferir àqueles que estão aprendendo. Isso torna o crescimento na Nuclear um fluxo permanente e progressivo, gerando um ambiente estável e respeitoso.
O Fundamento da Nuclear acredita que as guildas são criadas para agregar valores pessoais à um grupo e permitir um conteúdo extra de diversão, garantindo a participação e permanência de todos os indivíduo no jogo.

Honramos o servidor Northern Shiverpeaks(NA). Aceitamos jogadores de todos os servidores, desde que, motivados a mudar de servidor quando possível for.

A atividade da guilda é integral, no entanto, o período majoritário ocorre entre 16:00 às 23:00 (GMT-3)
