I think that you should get exotic weapons and armor to start with

Hey guys, I have been playing gw2 for a bout a month and I’m enjoying it, I want to change to better server for WvW(aurora glade) so I want to delete all my characters (assuming t hat I get a free server change right?) if I do so will I lose all the items in my bank? because I have pretty good stuff I want to keep

I bought guild wars 2 on sale because alot of friends told me its amazing. I downloaded gw2setup.exe but when i open it, it stops downloading after a few minutes, I made a GameAdvisor report and uploaded it

Edit: I tried disabling AV, firewall, UAC , I also tried port forwarding, connecting to google’s dns server and they didn’t help
