I’m aware of this issue as well. Three weeks ago i’ve sent Anet a ticket explaining my situation about not getting the tyria mastery points from these Achievements. Since then i haven’t seen any Anet’s comment regarding this issue.
What bothers me is that if you don’t get the mastery points from Racial/Order Achievements you must buy and complete some of the LS2 episodes in order to fully unlock all tyria mastery tracks. And this really sucks =/

Yeah, I know that. But what is awkward is that under the Achievement Point you can see the Mastery Point symbol.

I’ve read in the Wiki that one can earn up to 25 Tyria Mastery Points (TMP) doing Hero/Race Achievements. So i started a Human (I have only a lvl 80 Norn character) to earn more TMP. After the lvl 10 Personal Story i got the “Crime and Punishment” achievement but none TMP. Do those Race Achievements really reward TMP? Or do I have to level my human character up until lvl 80 and do all personal story to gain those TMP? Or in the worst case scenario, do we only get TMP from one race?

What bothers me most is that the TIMExREWARD by some (Tyria) Mastery Points just not fair is.
Take for example the “Out of Cluck” Achievement. To get this one you have to kill some chickens inside a Fractal or the Achievement you get after killing Karka Queen. These two combined take no more than 20 minutes to be done and you get 1 MP for each.

But then you go for the map completion achievement and invest tons of hour to get it and boom.. you get only ONE Mastery point.

I just think that some achievements should reward us with more than one MP. This would give us extra motivation to go for that reward. This would help those that don’t have LS2 too. Because if you don’t have LS2 then good luck unlocking all Tyria Mastery.

I want to upgrade my agony resistance but atm is just impossible.
