same problem, same spot. this used to happen to my AC, and TA, anet fixed it so they must know the problem.

is Temple of Balthazar going to be up today at GoM?

It’s part of the test for the legendary, it’s working as intended. If you can’t chance a luck with an event, I am sorry you have failed to make your legendary.

But… Borlis Pass is bugged as well, I am at the point where I need this to finish my legendary, so……..

It’s not cause no one wants to open it, it’s because the south invasion escort is broken

I am experiencing the same problem, I can run the game all day except the 2/3 dungeons (AC and TA) I have been in, it crashes the exactly the same places.

I crashed the same places in AC and TA, haven’t been to other dungeons. It’s always the same spot like you described.
