I agree they should be able to where you are able to solo it I have had the same problem since I feel like it is low population in the areas I am in.

I think that this sounds like a good idea and although it is understandable people may be confused when it comes to world vs world, but at the same time it still feels like the areas you are exploring and doing heart events st a lot of times feel very empty.
