BUMP. ANET please help us.

It’s been 11 days please do something about the ticket.. Not only me I noticed many people from that date are innocently banned, I know you guys are doing your best but all I ask is respond for the status.. People here are waiting patiently but most are worried for not being answered for more than 5days specially the innocent people.. I just want ANET to hear what I said. Thanks.

I sent a ticket and gave all my ownership information.. I got a respond saying

“I am transferring your ticket to a senior member of the Guild Wars Support Team for further assistance. Someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible.”

It’s already one week tomorrow and still no respond, most of the victims of getting banned are innocents.. Most of my friends also have the same issue.. I’m just hoping that prevent this kind of problem next time.. Make sure before banning an account that’s all..

I have two Guild Wars 2 accounts that I bought the new one this month.. Just happens I sent some gold from my main account to this account so I can start a new character, but it happens that my main account was banned for RMT which is not true.. I already sent a ticket and show all the screenshots for proof.. I can’t start my new account because I am worried about my main account, all the time and effort was in my main account.. I might not start over again if anet really banned it.. I am hoping for a reply caused I still can’t open my main account. I’m really innocent about it.

I bought a new account the other day, what advantage will I have if I link the new account to my old account? Will this allow me open 2 accounts at a time? Or anything else?
