Looks like it is NPC specific.
I checked the warrior trainer in Divinity’s Reach and it had nothing to sell me.
Just check the warrior and thief trainer in Lion’s Arch and those seem to be fine.
So if you want to buy them now just go to the Postern Ward WP in LA(I didn’t check the other trainers in LA). Edge of the Mist trainer NPC is also working. WvW Borderland NPC is also working.
Nope :/ the traders in LA still dont work for me:(
I have a level 80 theif that I would like to start to use in PVE and WVW. I leveld it mainly with tomes. I was able to view and purchase all the traits from a vendor yesterday but today when I trade with the trait vendor I can only see the trait books I have already purcahsed and am unable to buy/unlock new traits. Is there something I am missing or am i bugged?
