Ok now when running dead island i get 120fps max settings but when in some fighting or action i go down to 40fps
I installed both updates when i first installed windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. I all ready knew that windows 7 was not built for 8 cores or to support it.
I disabled parking for my pc.
Well first ill have to save up for the gear i want. The second thing is my case has good air flow Antec 1200 V3 all fan slots are taken apart from the side window.
I don’t know how to overclock and do the other stuff you said.
I may need a new power supply to overclock?
Specs? you uninstalled drivers? Settings you try to run on. card not over heating?

Thinking of buying the FX 8350 as well in the future.
You have what processor/specs. In the near future improvements will be seen but its not a certain thing that you will run smooth.

defrag hard drive check for viruses.. not with 1 security system tho. I use Avast and malwarebytes… malware slowed me down in games like a max payne 3.
Get’s on my nerves now, people with good pcs get the blame for a very badly optimized game, hope expansion sales are very bad, and I feel sorry for people that get told there equipment is to blame when clearly it ain’t.
What makes gw2 so special? everyone having trouble with fps can run every other dam current game np whatsoever.
Guild wars 2 doesn’t take advantage of multicore processors that’s why it has such bad profomance on my system’s and other’s only overclocking will solve the fps issues for now.

Well i cant overclock on my current motherboard so when I do get a new. I may as well get an 8350 CPU.
I’ve tried different drivers but i have changed the settings that people have said to do in here but no luck still 14-18 fps. I’m thinking of upgrading my processor to a 8350 and overclocking with a new motherboard in the near future.

is a pretty bad cpu from AMD. My amd trinity apu performs better.
Try lowering reflections and shadows to improve fps
Saying playing other games max is not helpful unless you are talking about planetside 2 which dwarf guild wars 2 system requirements
My processor could be falughty or not set up right….My freinds who have this processor at stock speeds can run guild wars on max settings and some people on youtube can also run this game at max. Im not saying its the processor since i don’t know whats wrong yet.

all of those games does not tax the processor enough.
World of Warcraft can only tax the cpu at highest setting and a ridiculously high resolution
Note: 1080p is not high enough to tax wow properlyIf you are able to play planetside 2 on high, then your game comparison will be more relevant. Do not randomly compare games

change sampling to native
When in a dynamic fight at max settings and lots of players around im suring it will be making the processor run and like i said my mates can run Guild wars 2 on max with the same processor as me…. we also get the same FPS on diffrent games as well maybe 1-3 fps diffrent if that

I can run planetside 2 on max settings on 1920×1080 I get 45-70fps

Tried it now but no luck keeps me at 16-20 fps.
I wiped all previous drivers with driver sweep before putting my new GPU on to my PC

Im on high performance profile… I just don’t know what to disable in the bios.
Ok cleaned PCI x16 lanes out and all others.
When starting GPU Z up it reports I have Graphics card in a 2.0 x16 @ x16 2.0 for over 2 minutes and then goes to 2.0 x16 @ x16 1.1
I have cleaned this it 3 times up to now today to try but no luck

In all area’s from the start, PVP, WvW. My cpu and gpu dont bottle neck i have tried other games before and yesterday to make sure.
