Greetings fellow Guild Wars 2 players!
Posting a bit late on our thread buttsss I am present now!…
I am Katsya Isholt (also called N)… another one of the three guild leaders of ENVA.

It’s kind of amusing that when our guild first started it wasn’t our main guild, it was just a side guild for storage… a refrigerator of sorts for the abundance of consumables we accumulated while leveling our cooking professions. Too many nomnoms, ya know? Then we even made use of it for storing the extra dyes we got from our hardcore nightly dye binges. I’m talking ‘~3k dyes opened at a time’ type of binges.

However, after some time, Toricane, Harrlee Quinn, and I got tired of those large 300+ person guilds. Type of guilds where you may get lost in a sea of people, guild leaders only care about the amount of people and not the quality, and so it just feels like a group of strangers with a few cliques here and there. Not everyone spoke, not everyone had a name. Not too fun at times for it was far too impersonal. So to me at least, I didn’t feel that I was a part of something worthwhile.

Thus we brought ENVA back in the picture. Just starting off with a small group of friends that really enjoyed grouping together to slowly adding people who share the same ideals and are just plain fun to be around… whether it was doing wvwvw, pve, fractals, dungeons, jump puzzles, rp, exploring, guild missions or just standing about having parties enjoying eachother’s company! We’ve come a long way, and have a pretty solid core of awesome members.

Currently, we have over 35 members, and continue to steadily grow. We will always endeavour to maintain our friendly, casual, and close knit atmosphere even with growth. I’m N, one of the three guild leaders of ENVA.!

As Toricane mentioned above, there have been issues with smaller guilds getting enough influence to run the guild missions, but fear not… we have plenty… 100k+ worth Now we are completing the trees, and looking for new members to share these amazing guild missions with!

I feel that at times in a huge guild (I’m talking 200+), one can get lost in the sea of players looking for a group to run with. In those huge guilds sometimes not everyone will know everyone’s name, cliques form, people are isolated and distant. Sometimes a dose of dramalama brings it to quite an unhappy time spent on a game that is supposed to be fun! Ya know what I mean?

However with ENVA, that would never be the case! We enthusiastically welcome potential members into our family with open arms. We are primarily a 18+ guild, everyone is courteous, all over the world, lots of silly jokes, helpful, informative… We laugh together and have fun together! Dungeons, fractals, exploring maps, wvwvw and much more! That is what we strive for… Getting to know each other, and having fun… Everyone is important, everyone has a voice.

To join I am only requesting only one thing- Mumble!
ENVA utilizes mumble (VoIP) regularly as most of the active guild members are always on it. So please! If you haven’t given it a try, it will be well worth it to just give it a go. I promise! Some people don’t have a mic, and just type. That’s cool. Srsly! So you do not have to speak if you wish, just hearing everyone’s sexy voices is fine! Come get to know us, and let us get to know you!
