Precursor. How do you do it?

How I did it:
Farm, farm, farm for Legendary.
Give up, since I saw no way for me to be able to hold on to 800 gold for Dawn.
Sell everything.
End up with 500 gold.
Throw 200 into the Mystic Forge (by buying rare greatswords) after a friend got Dusk from Tequatl.
Get nothing except: 3 times Dhuumseal, 1 of which I kept.
Determined to burn all of my resources I scratched together 3 exotic greatswords from dungeon tokens.
Throw them in + the one Dhuumseal I kept
= Dawn

What I recommend: Run dungeons, gather tokens + gold, use the tokens for exotic greatswords (or whichever weapon you need) -> try the mystic forge
Or just farm and gather all the money to buy it, which is what most of my friends did.

Edit: And don’t forget your daily prayer to RNGesus

Charr- Elementalist or Warrior

I sincerely recommend going for Warrior on a Charr if appearance is important to you. My main is a Charr Necro and I am struggling to find light armor that looks decently good. Heavy, in contrary, is much easier to find. Also, it just looks a lot better on Charr, in my opinion.
The main problem is just that many many light armors are stretched to adjust to the Charr body (same with heavy, but it is a lot more obvious with the light armor)

In general many armors do not have an additional ‘part’ for the tail, causing it to stick out of the armor in a very unnatural way (the armor behaves as if there is no tail at all), which is something you may want to consider. Although it is entirely possible to find good looking armor sets for both heavy and light, if you’re looking for a greater variety of nice armors, go for Warrior.

If you enjoy Elementalist I recommend making perhaps an alt of another race.

Heh well, I was thinking of those posts as talking about a different matter. I was referring to the extremely long line of golemns in Lion’s Arch which was definitly not done using the glitch because the golemns walked out of the cave alone, stopping at the end of the line.
The rest (like the mass in Heart of the Mists) may be just players inspired by the original occurrence that now utilize the glitch mentioned. I don’t know about the latter, however.

EDIT
I saw the lane of golemns personally and can confirm that this indeed happened ^^ The lane even GREW over time, until the Golemns circled the mystic forge in a guard like manner. That is what I meant in my original posts.

You were clearly high when you “saw” this.

Clearly. Only that I took screenshots as well :P

I doubt it’s the ‘bug’ or a glitch you guys are mentioning. In LA they would walk and line up from the little cave at the end of the “queue”. They also started circling the Mystic Forge. In Divinity’s Reach one was placed in the middle of a circle.
If someone would be using the bug we would’ve seen him place the golemns, but they just appeared or WALKED in from behind the scenes. Also i doubt its possible to place the golemns that specifically if you are just spamming a skill
I think this is most likely a fellow player messing with us. ^^

If you would read the posts more carefully, it’s already been said (a few times) that it is a player or players doing this by using a glitch/bug with the toy golem summon. The golem is placed in a set location based on your character’s location, so it’s easy to place them in specific places.

I did read the previous posts, what I am trying to say is that: There was no sign of the player placing them, so it can’t be someone spamming the skill. I saw how they appeared on multiple occasions.
I think it is more likely that someone is just using the template/3D Model of these golemns and placing them via a program or something of the sort.

There are (were?) also some in Gendarran Fields.

Gods, the thought of this is terrifying to me.

Echo that, Shadowflame.
I’m also willing to wager that the puzzle is, as usual, racist against Charr.

I did this with my charr. Some of the jumps were a bit wonky because of walking on small ledges but other than that it worked perfectly fine : )

Best bug ever!

I had the same thing happen to me in Rata Sum! At the beginning it was really freaky, because I couldn’t figure out where I was going or where I was (attempting to get the vista on top of the cooking station) Relogging fixed this for me though.
