Bumping this. Having a similar bug. My head pops off and I run really fast when using the skill.
Been chatting with a GM, but he keeps telling me it’s my fault, and that my drivers aren’t up to date. They are.

I play the game on a laptop with intel graphics, so I decided to download and test the game on my AMD graphics laptop, same glitch.
I also asked my girlfriend to log in on my account on her MSI laptop, which has a Nvidia GPU, same glitch once again.

So the problem is definitely on Anet’s side here.

Edit: seeing how it’s specific items on your toon that bug out, I though I’d try different outfits as well as my regular armor.
And it seems the problem in my case is only there when using the Arcane Outfit.

I’m keeping this one alive.

So, I got a new MSI laptop. Windows 10, GTX 960m. Guess what? Yup. Game is unplayable without v-sync.

So has anet adressed this yet?

Edit; The big Windows 10 october update seems to have resolved the problem for me. For some reason, my Windows kept telling me it was up to date while it obviously wasn’t. So I did a manual install of the big update, took all night. BUT, gone seem to be the graphical glitches, loading screen issues and Nahimic sound bugs.

Still very disappointed in the way Anet dealt with this. And by dealt I mean completely ignore it and let people figure it out for themselves.

Ah okay, now I get it.

Well, seeing as though I’m still far from capping my first character, let alone having any worthwhile gear, I’ll just hold out on that one for some time at least.

So, you’re saying it works only for certain costumes while not for other?
Specifically I’ve been eyeballing the Braham costume. But man, that hideous spiny shoulder..

Hi all,

I’m thinking of spending some money on costumes, but I dislike the over-the-top shoulders on almost all of them and I know you can’t hide costume shoulders directly.

However, if I were to buy and use a costume, and then uncheck the shoulders on my actual armor, would that carry over to the costume as well?
