1) Housing. You guys have been strangely mum on it even though it was confirmed, especially regarding the guild halls.
2) Roleplaying. There’s been an uncaring attitude towards this. Namely the town clothes which are meant to be roleplaying items but instead they’re mostly used as a bling vehicle.
3) More depth and variety to PVE as a whole. So far there’s just been a focus on combat, combat, jumping puzzles, combat, a smidge of crafting, combat… and then there’s mostly been the temporary content. I feel mainly burned out and not really there because of that.
Well, trying to do the dailies for the Sweet Friend achievement, I noticed that at least the daily for Costume Brawl didn’t register for some reason. Is this an issue with anyone else?
It is interesting. And it does give me a theory that the Pale Tree might have some sort of connection with the Eternal Alchemy, or even be part of it.
On the other hand though, it is kind of worrying regarding Scarlet/Ceara’s portrayal. Yes, it did flesh her out and portray her as a Wunderkind, but then it went downhill. Remember Cadeyrn, and how he disagreed with Ventari’s teachings? He was surrounded by sylvari who, back then, didn’t want to debate that.
Granted, Scarlet at the time instead had Omadd next to her, but it seems to lead to a theme with the villain sylvari, in that they don’t want to be given directions or guidelines, and they didn’t have a proper support system to help reassess why they think that way.

lordkrall – Are you somehow implying that we have to grind and grind and if we miss the mark, we’ll have to wait a long year JUST to get a back item?
In honestly, I hope to Lyssa that the 1000 Zhaitaffies is just a typo.
Is it just me or are the ‘Arr you ready?’ posters starting to crop up in more places?
SO! We have downed Zhaitan. Destiny’s Edge is reunited and there’s still two or three or twenty more continents to re/visit. And there’s the whole other dragons thing.
What will happen to the Personal Story now? Will it still be used in a later update?
And what will happen to Orr? Will we just be stuck in a perpetual state of undead warring? If Orr does get changed, what will happen to the Story that takes place there?
And will we see Destiny’s Edge again now that the band’s back together?
“Gorr’s oh so convenient death is merely a ruse. But whose ruse? We need more clues.”
“Keep that up and I’ll give you a bruise, lose…er.”
It was so silly when I got to this part.
Okay, so ANet said that Housing/Guild Halls is merely ‘possible’ for a future update, but I want to hear some speculation for how it might work, or how people might make use of this.
-Will it work like with Rift (blankslate lots), Free Realms (blankslate and pre-made houses) or WildStar (premade houses with farming)?
-Will there be some sort of involvement for crafting?
-How will houses be built? Or can you even be able to make houses?
-Will Guild Halls simply recycle PvP battlegrounds again, or will there be something different?
-Lastly: What kind of ideas will people have?
Another possible location might be the island south of Claw. Though it might be a tad small for something medium-sized though.
Agreed. What’s the point in buying a new armor if you can’t see what it looks like?
You guys could just go to the chugger dealership at Black Citadel.
Not sure if that will happen. Most of the Medium armor will just clash with the Light/Heavy armors as it is.
Okay, being an addict of cooking, I’ve thought of a few ideas, not sure if a thread like this has been posted before, so…
Firstly, I think it would be neat if we had the option to create drinks as Chefs. Already there’s a few ideas right in front of us.
Orange Juice – Oranges + Water + Sugar
Apple Juice – Apples + Water + Sugar
Cinnamon Apple Cider – Apples + Water + Cinnamon
Secondly I’d like to use watermelons or pineapples used as cooking ingredients, as well as fish. It seems silly that some of these are only used as buff items.
Watermelon Pie would be interesting…~
This is just a suggestion for the tower to be fixed, taking it from another thread.
Before entering the tower (by speaking with the Lunatic Boatman), there should be options for speed/difficulty. A slower and more easier tower climb would mean lesser rewards, but can still grant the achievement for those who completed it, while a harder difficulty and faster pace would mean greater rewards.
“Guess even 250 years later, humans are still -blind- to Kormir’s rep.”
“It’s a shame what happened to Tybalt. But at least he still showed a few Risen them apples.”
“What kind of meat would you look out for at the Black Citadel? Something Charr-broiled.”
And I have no idea why. Noone tells me why noone wants to do it, or if something is wrong with it.
I am in the Borlis Pass server, and I would like to get it done as soon as possible. Thanks.
