I bought a $50 package from the gem store in order to get the 4k gems.
After I received the gems I bought 2 sets of halloween pets (1 for keep the 3 pets, and the other one to use the mystic forge and obtain the rare pet). However, even after the 1k gems were charged (leaving me at 3k gems) I haven’t receive the pets.
I checked on my mailbox, the black trading post mailbox, even in my inventory to see if they were added, and still nothing. I have been waiting from 24 hours. Can someone help me please?
