My account was hacked and all of my gold and items are gone. The support site won’t let me submit a ticket because I don’t have my serial code. Is there a support contact number? If I can’t get this worked out, I’m done with this game. Hours and hours of my time wasted.
Also went through the steps listed above (no joy) and submitted a ticket. I’m having the same issues as Marcarus.5012 and have the same iMac as well.
