i put it on one toon but i want it now on the other.. tried transmuting it with a green back piece but still didnt make it account bound again.

Is this possible?

I made it to the present 3 times this afternoon and then quit because the game wouldn’t let me get my chest in the present. After I get to the present it transfers me to Lions Arch. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this? It was frustrating after the first time but the third….
