After submitting a ticket with the problem and code and evidence of being at the bash, they manually applied the code and I’m a happy camper! good luck to all those still working on it.

i havent had any response at all from anet, just some scumbags trying to buy my code off me. what did people who got responses do? should i include a picture of my card and bag that were given to me at the event?

I also cannot redeem my code, very disheartening. I hope there is some kind of proper response soon.
