Dear Gaile.
my ticket number : 121107-001485
I’m just waiting the result of my issue. (ban cause of trading the real-world money)
As I wrote in 47 pages, Yesterday, I suddenly got a message that the cancellation of purchasing package in September from my credit card company. and I confirmed this thing was by Arenenet.
Purchase was refunded on my package. Also seems my credit card use is prohibited in Arenanet.
What happen.. I’m really embarrassed.
I ‘m afraid this thing will occur another problem, even if the 121107-001485 is solved.
There’s something with wrong in your side…

First of all, I appreciate that my ticket is going through the progress.
you wrote “121107-001485 Should be resolved very soon.” before over 24hours.
but it’s status is “in progress” until now.
When i can see it’s status “resolved” ?

It’s so funny. I got a message that the cancellation for purchasing Guild wars2 from credit card company. the cancellation is by Arenanet. I purchased the package in September. What happend. ?
and how to my gems ? the money spent in Black lion gate.
What’s wrong with Arenanet?

I’ve been banned until now..
I really don’t know the exact reason why i has been banned.
at least, you have to inform the exact reason (detail things) to me..
so, I can protect myself from ban when i purchase another package..
I really dont know why.
just i’ve got macro message on my ticket.

i got a response like bellow,
Your Guild Wars 2 account has been closed for using an illegal third-party program.

I want you to know that we take great care when analyzing accounts prior to termination. NCsoft support staff is both diligent and conservative in determining which accounts are using these programs, and we only terminate an account only after we are able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that such use has occurred.

but I’ve been banned cause of trading the real-world money( actually not)
I think it’s a automated message… (in my opinion)
I wrote again my situation.. and i have to wait another time
just waiting response… it’s so upset…

I got some response my ticket. but it’s not a answer. it’s just the auotmated response. and it’s for third party program. my ban message is for “the real-world money.”
i wrote additional info on my ticket.
please could you review again. it’ pass over 96 hours…

my case has been over 72 hours. so It becomes 4 days, after sending the ticket..
until now, there is no responses and feedback.
the status is just updated by me.
my ticket number : 121107-001485.
additionally, i really did not deal with the real-world money. I just bought the gem through Black lion gate in the game.
please, further investigation on my account… any logs..
I really want to play the game..!

…But sorry after that to get your account terminated for just playing and annoying it, it would be not make fun anymore to play it like before. Nobody know what they did wrong by just playing the game how do you can believe or think the guys can annoy the game further? Ah forgot is just a small amount of account which got terminated by an error! After your 5th banning wave/list it is not anymore a small amount….

If we should get back our accounts, we have to be afraid that maybe after the next corner you cross the ban hammer is waiting….. thats not fun after all!

Same thing happened to me, and I am waiting as well. I am more dissapointed now as I was just given an infraction by a moderator (for posting my incident/ticket number) although I was following the rules to the best of my knowledge as Gaile has posted earlier. If you look at all my messages you will see that I am fair and I do not post heatedly etc. I’m not sure what to think of the situation and this forum in general now. I hope everything will get better soon.

My account is banned too and im waiting for my ticket-response as many ppl here. Im not a new mmo gamer and i know the rules and respect them of course. I bought the game in one of the greatest real game store of my country, so i dont think that my code is false. With this machine and this configuration im played GW1 and AION as well, for years without any problem, so i dont think that my windows services or anythig else is false-detected as thirdy party program. GW2 need a machine from the 25th century for the best graphic performances, but with input devices from the 18th century or you will be banned.. ok accepted. Im sure, that the bots dont like any competition, so if you are near a bot horde, im pretty sure that you will be reported for something from each bot. And of course the bots are occupying the best farming spots too, so you must go to farm to the worse farming spots or you will be reported from this bots and finally you will be banned. Even if you are near the bots, real ppl can think that you are also a bot so im pretty sure that you will be banned shortly. I saw a lvl25-28 bot horde on the lvl70-80 map killing mobs wihout problems. I hate bots so I lure some mobs more there hoping that more mobs will kill them but the bots just killed the lured mobs too… pff…. no hope..map travel for try to farm in another spot. Ok lets farming.. and after 2 mins of farming i got the “banned” message. I almost needed a heart transplantation and a bag of ice to my head in this moment. Whats now? ticket and waiting… pff. The worse is that what can i do if (in the best case) i can get back my account? Because I have no any information WHY is my account banned.. and playing as before the bann is the right line to the next false-positive bann…. What im doing wrong? .. now waiting for the response from the judges witch can say im innocent… or there are ppl saying that this judges are sometimes wrong and can say that i violated the rules and can perma-banned me without presenting any evidence… that call the dictionary:terror

they just changed the ticket’s status to duplicated except the one thing…

I doesn’t think it will be help you and others to create or start new incidences. They will be just handled us duplicates…. thats means the support has to set them on duplicate and to close them, this takes time too …

I playing since over 20 years game’s never used cheats or used any unapproved software ….. Got never a single warning or suspension in a online game… Just playing the game like it is and now by doing the same you got your account terminated, thats ridiculous!

I never have do improper behavior
but i’m kicked by them.
ALSO I spend the money about $300 through Black lion gate.

Hi. Guild Wars 2 team.
I have been disappointed. because my account has been blocked.
when i logged in, the message “Your Guild Wars 2 account has been terminated for engaging in or assisting with gold or item sales for real world money, which is a breach of the user agreement and rules of conduct. This action is permanent” is appeared.
but i DO NOT deal with the real-world money!! i just bought the gem through Black lion gate in the game. What happened to my account… I send this situation to the support team about 15 hours ago. but there has Not been the respond until this time….
What should i do….?
