Had to turn that filter off, because I had some trouble with native words in my language. That filter does not give you the right to break the rules you agreed on. There is no rule for not using the filter, but there is a rule that swearing is not allowed
Sadly I can not think of anything that would be worth a ban unless my awful pun with the p version of a baby cat actually counts as a swear word (which by the way shouldn’t be a reason to ban since there’s a maturity filter).
As stated many times in the forum: that filter is not a licence to swear Lots of players turned it off because it also blocks normal words for their native language.

Yes you have played a game where you can get suspended for swearing: it is called Guild Wars 2 And I like it to be honest. If you just think before you type, you won’t get yourself into trouble.
You can try to make a suggestion here for muting.
You don’t have to swear to someone…. if you swear in map chat and someone reported you, you will be suspended. After alll, anyone can see it. And if you do it often enough you will get a ban (and that is permanent).
Please read the legal documentation And do some reading in the forums about this.
Hmmmm…. that 3 days suspsension was your second warning. You didn’t figure out that using foul language again would raise your next suspension time?
The only stupidity I see is a player who doesn’t learn from a previous suspension
The good news is: you are not banned, only suspended for a week
Maybe the EULA should just state “We are dictators so watch your back cause we’ll ban you for anything if it’s offensive”
