I had this issue as well. Fixed it by turning the “character model limit” setting to at least medium and the boulders appeared again.

So.. I had a couple of silly ideas last night after seeing Usoku’s Needle (sai skin) drop for a guildie.

• Have 4 quaggans and a skritt living in the LA sewers convinced they’re the Teenage Mutant Ninja Quaggans (or something along those lines); their nemesis would be an ogre named Ogre Saki.
• A couple of caped skritt do-gooders and an evil quaggan (dressed in a top hat, monocle, and umbrella). All I want to hear is the line “Holy skritt, Ratman. It’s the Quaggan!”
