Spellbreaker. PVE adjustments. Noted ways to have it not break the pvp.
Pvp focused to a high degree and needs some balencing for pve.

Sun and moon trait needs a rework. the 7% life-steal from crit dmg only appears to work on offhand damage and not the dagger #1. It needs to effect all damage you deal when you have 2 daggers equipped. This would help allot in pve viability and then just make it more like 3% in pvp since you can combo burn people with the spellbreaker elite and some traits for huge dmg while you burn away boons. Because of that 7% is a bit much for pvp, but 7% on dmg from both hands would be good in pve.

Also spellbreaker should make it so any and all might applied is changed into a different buff. Something that is not seen as a boon and name it something like Meditated state. The more you gain, the further you go into the mediated state and when you hit say 25 stacks you get bonus. An example could be auto that your next weapon burst is a 3 bar Adrenalin equivalent. This is in exchange for the 25 stacks of the new might buff I mentioned being consumed. Letting you get the 3rd teir burst bonuses but leaving out the high dmg as a belencing mechanic. This means you cant just run around in pve or pvp with constant stacks building from tether and crits but makes it so when they fall off your not a sitting duck.

It does not make sense that a class that is all about breaking magic… namely boons… uses boons as a main mechanic and can be punished in the same way he punishes others.

Pure spellbreaker is already weak to stun locking and such from other warriors. It is also weak from condi as condi removal is mainly just the heal. It does not need to be vulnerable to boon strip also.

So far this is what I can see….
Healing from a offhand that you don’t hit with much. Boon strip that a few heralds can counter by applying boons faster then stripped. Damage problems.

1. Take sun and moon style OUT. Having the heal on the offhand only makes it horrible.’

2. Make a trait that heals for a percent of reflected dmg from full counter and the dagger #5. Make it weaker than scouge’s condi healing and daredevils crit healing to ballence it with might makes right.

3. Change the boon strip. Make it so when you strip a boon you debuff the target so as to make it so they cant re apply the boon you stripped for 3 seconds. This is because you can strip them but all you need is 2 heralds near by and……. you have no chance of stripping them faster then they are applied. This makes the core mechanic totally pointless.

4. This then makes the ulti skill bubble kinda not worth it. So make a simple ulti. Make it so the bubble causes a ticking dmg to those in it with boons. Per stack of each boon they take stacking dmg based off your vitality. This is not a stat dmg heavy people stack so it can help to balance and not have tons of glass cannons spam it. This makes you decide if you actually want to strip the boons or punish in a different way. Adding another mechanic to play with. Since your mainly boon stripping this makes you have to sacrifice denial of boons for a time to get the most out of the ulti. Giving others in pvp a chance to counter and kill you.

5. Dagger #1 needs something to happen if might is max. Or in pve with heralds and such spamming out might. This is useless.

Also Jzaku we are restricted to base bursts because full counter can reset them when used. Its because we can use them 2x as much then normal.

Spellbreaker PVE

Lets give some ideas about pve spellbreaker.

1st

Sun and Moon Style Trait.
Main hand—Interrupts grant quickness. (Only occurs once per interval.)
Off Hand—Heal for a percent of your outgoing critical damage

This skill looks great… until you find out that the offhand heal does not happen all that much and you have few interrupts with pure spellbreaker.

I feel that this would be better to make it so after a successful full counter you get 5% mainhand crit heals for 5 seconds. It is not great as you will not have it 100% of the time. However it is much more useful in pve where as in pvp you may want the slow counter trait giving cripple and slow to you enemies.

2nd

The other issue I have is that…… in pve…there is no real ability to break blue boss bar’s unless you use base physical utility. This is ok however it does take away from the elite spec by not having this flexibility.
