Support and Arenanet doesnt interfere in what you could call gaming skills. If you accidently goofed things up they wont be able to replace your loss. If however you are sharing accounts then you are in violation of the user agreement.To Gaile,

A few days ago suddenly all my gold form my inventory dissappeared and lost. I checked my bank for a possible hack issue but all my materials which costs about 60 golds were in the bank but all my golds we lost.(56golds).Im pretty sure this is not a hacking issue cuz i was playing the game at that time.
I waited for a while if thats a bug or not but there was nothing and I created a ticket which I tried to describe what happened and how – why this could happen and how can i get back my golds.
I had a reply that told me guild wars team dont give back or replace any money or items.I answered that mail again and asked the same question.how and why this happened and what if i got 1000s of gems with real money and lost again.(I spent 60 dollars on gems before)The support team again didnt reply my questions and told me use the forums.
If gold is transferred(lost) it can be tracked by mails cuz mailing is the only way of sending money or any item ingame.
The support team(its only a title cuz they dont support anything) seems like they dont mind anybody and they are not seriously taking the players problems at all.The last mail they sent me told me to use the forum about this problem.So this is totally so annoying and unserious.
I saw the same problem happened to hundreds of people on official forum and internet forums.
I think this must be solved somehow, at least the support team or someone must answer how and why this happens seriously.So i am requesting and waiting a reply seriously from the game!
I hope this is not only “we sold the game and its all about money we dont mind players.”
Be careful with your golds and your purchases in the game so you are not safe and you wont be safe and the support team wont support you..!!
