Anyone from Panama experiencing Error 7 and/or lag

I see a lot of customers who are from Italy and I want to see if there are others around me using the same service provider (Cableonda) and are having similar connectivity issues?

There is a free trial program called PingPlotter Standard that you can use. We recommend you use this program as it creates a graphical representation of the network and your current connection. This program is not supported by NCsoft. You can find the program and information on how to use it at http://www.pingplotter.com/download.htmlWhich target IPs should we check using this program?
When you are logged in to your character, type /ip and use that ip address.
Its occuring in more countries as well. I get this also and I am in Panama using Cableonda Service. I am even getting packet loss on the ANET Servers 64.25.32. However their final response after the troubleshooting steps is that they cannot control the route my ISP takes to their servers.
I just went through extensive troubleshooting with ANET on the lag and Error 7 issues and their final response was “We cannot control the route your ISP takes to our servers”. Quite disheartening especially when the troubleshooting reveals roughly 20% packet loss on their own servers.
If you haven’t done the ping plotter yet than I highly recommend you do. Download it at pingplotter.com and then log into your game. When you log into your character, type /ip and put that IP address in the ping plotter and click trace. Then play as you normally would. Keep it going for as long as you want and click stop when you are done.
I am in Panama using Cableonda ISP.
Oh and I tried the 30 minute trial of WTfast.com and received the same issues.

If you have a game account for the original Guild Wars, can you play it?
— I can play it however I do get the error 7 frequently. For me it primarily happens in specific situations. When I zone into a dungeon or another zone, I will get the error on the loading screen. When I get back in game, I can normally zone into that zone or dungeon without getting the error 7. It is guaranteed to happen 100% of the time when I zone into a new dungeon or zone. In WvWvW I get it in heavy attacks and heavy defense areas.
Where are you playing Guild Wars 2 from?
— I am playing from Central America (Panama)

At what time and in which time zone do you play Guild Wars 2?
— I play typically Monday – Friday 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST and a good portion on Saturday and Sunday throughout the day.
— All throughout the day when I zone into an area it is guaranteed to happen. It doesn’t matter what time. In WvWvW however it does occur more during peak times.
