the best build I have ever made used Settler. even the sage build I’m currently using would work better with it. I like using defense as an offense. Settler (1200 toughness, 900 condi, 900 healing ). I just wanted a forum to see if it might return the Amulet to PVP. I like Ranger and agree crusader was a little too balanced for it. Settler isn’t such a “tank” Amulet because of lower vitality. It works in PVP to a balanced aspect.
