i think the thing ticking most people off is that Anet really needs to communicate more than they have been doing.

yes giving people the free stuff was really nice (and something they didn’t need to do) but for all the people that waited the 350 gems on the 3rd mini there lack of communication is a really sore point.

after reading that post i was a little down as it meant that we had to pay gems to get the others as the daily was the only way we could get the cogs so i pay out the 350 gems to get the other 3 mini’s then today we get an update and a mail so now i can make another of the tixx minis as i now have 450 cogs spare which means i have wasted 350 gem on a mini that i can now craft because Anet didn’t tell people about this.

now i could go demanding my gems back (it would be nice if they did do this but most likely wont) and kicking up a fuss but what i want most is for the Anet Devs to not do stuff like this again, talk to your players, it stops you from having lot and lots of disgruntled players.

i think that they may be a bit overtuned as ive seen them take down a pack of veteran mobs without event breaking a sweat.

i have yet to kill one in the wild i just hope that they dont pop out of a gift in WVW as if a group of them pop in SM it will need a zerg to shift them.

so i am still having the same problem “Card approval failed” and have been for 4 days now.

i have now put in a Ticket as the problem is still there.

i too am having this problem (not been able to buy Gems) but i haven’t put in a ticket as im guessing that they already know this is happening, what with all the money there not getting.

note for next event (most likely Christmas) get Gems well before the event starts.
