I did go through the back of the castle, it was empty inside, nothing was happening, trying to leave was teleporting me back as wel..

I ended up buying gems and transfering to another server, I was desperate, but it’s a really bad experience, can I get refunded for having to pay for my own solution?

Hi, I’m new to GW2 and I’ve been stuck in the tutorial for over an hour now, it’s glitched I can tell, the thing is, I don’t know how to contact game masters or if there’s any that can fix this sort of thing, I’ve been killing centaurs and it’s getting boring

We are stuck in the tutorial, can’t get out of the bridge (over 1 hour now), can anyone help us? we are in the dragonbrand server.

This is my first time playing and this is a really bad experience.
