My friend is unable to get into his account here in the forum (but can on the website) and said he slept in front of the computer and when he tried to get into the game was the blocked account. He stated that his character did not perform any movement, let alone AoE healing the ranger that others use the macro. He even sent messages for support within the game about the situation, to take doubt, and it was never answered. Stand still without any movement within the game is breaking rules?

Yes, he had his account blocked in the past, but after an investigation found that he did not break any rule and continued with his account.

You said that my account could have been hacked and I asked a friend to see the last time my account was logged. Has less than six days !! The strange thing is that referring to the list of IP I saw that everyone has the number and an abbreviation BR (live in Brazil), with one exception, with only IP numbers, without any abbreviation. Recently the account of a friend was punished for use of botting, but after his contact with the support of the AN account was returned, since it never used any type of illegal program. So far so good, because mistakes happen.
I’m no computer to play GW2 has more than 1 month and my main character is still in Vigil Keep, because the last time I played was still living at the end of the story 1 was entering into my computer account that my friend just to unlock a living story 2 and then exit. I’m months without getting any gold, item or even killing monsters. I did NOTHING for months. So when I try to enter to unlock the Dragon’s Reach P1 get the message that my account was banned for botting! I thought that was another mistake, as happened to my friend. Patiently sent email explaining my whole situation and asking them to review the log of my account, since not won anything for a long time.
Simply presented no proof that I was using bot (because there is no evidence!) And my account was terminated completely arbitrarily and unfairly. How I used up my bot characters are stuck without winning ANYTHING so long? Is it possible someone else analyze my case and try to give a solution? Like I said, a simple analysis of the log will discover that my account is stopped without gaining absolutely nothing for a long time!
