I have absolutely no doubt that people will have this problem until they fix the issue. There’s nothing expected about having a date-dependent feature reset using a different time-zone from the server.

So yes, you will seriously see these kinds of posts every month. It’s clearly a bug in the UX.

That information should be available in the game client.

I logged on tonight on October 31st with just a little bit left to go on my October monthlies.

They are already reset to 0 and it says November.

Please publicize the cutoff times in the game client if it’s different from the game time. Pretty bad UX for me.

PS – I do understand time zones, but there’s no reason to not have the cutoff time with appropriate time zone indicator somewhere either.
