Should he merge all the information into the original ticket? as there is additional information on the second.

Orginal Ticket was opened 31st August.
Prioritized the 7th September.

My first account was hacked. After a ticket it was said to be accessible, which it was not. In the process of fixing this issue my second accounts e-mail was changed, with no information given and is now not accessible.
