Yes but what im saying is even though people are being reimbursed it doesnt really stop the issue of being charged twice for the same item. In my case when i bought the keys initially it looked like i didnt click on the Confirm button quick enough when in fact i had its just there was no notification that the transaction went through so i tried again at which point i ended up buying 2x 5 Keys instead of 1. Reimbursed is fine but bottom line is whats the point if someone does the same with items they dont want 2 of or even more.

They should be suspending any further transactions from being placed in order to prevent anymore people from having to go through the same situation that arent aware of the issue and hence buying an item more than once thinking it hasnt gone through but then again i guess that wouldnt be in Anet’s interest the more people multiple purchase the more gems wasted the more gems need to be rebought. I mean why else is the Gem store still live if people arent getting what they are paying for?

Hi i just purchased a set of 5 Black Lion Chest Keys upon which nothing happened other than the gems being removed from my balance. This is the first issue i’ve had with the gem store since release and cant understand why its fine to take gems but not supply items bought could someone please look into this as its abit frustrating considering there is no way to bring this up in game and im out 450 Gems.

In the daily update page it was stated that this was a known problem and the missing items will be getting added to the accounts.

Appreciate the heads up i didn’t notice it there, greatly appreciate the time you took to let me know. Happy hunting
