I’ve actually found myself tweeting to their twitter account my disappointment with their lack of any acknowledgement on this issue. Please, Anet, respond to the community about this.

Add me to the growing list of disappointed players. I really hope Anet finally addresses this instead of ignoring the outcry.

Love the Ancestral Outfit but disappointed that with the release of this new item, that the bug still hasn’t been fixed.
