We are based on Anvil Rock but we will PvE with anyone on any server. Our Guilds rules are very basic: Lend a helping hand to those in need and don’t be a jerk. Easy peasy.
We do have a voice chat from a TF2 community that grew to other games where our guild leader and captain are “based”. We are a small group but very friendly and open to new people. If you run into any hostility from non-gw2 players on the TS just alert Rhi or CiNiC and the issue will be quickly sorted.

I can’t compact or deposit collectibles. I have double checked that I have room in my bank for more collectibles but they will not deposit, I also cannot compact my inventory.
I have tried relogging, restarting the game, restarting my computer.
Okay, everything is resolved!! I got my friend an account set up.
After replying to the email above I received this email.
“Thank you for your interest in Guild Wars 2. We have reviewed your purchase
attempts and you have now been cleared to make a successful purchase. Any
previous purchase attempts were not successful and will not be processed.
To make your purchase, visit the link below. Choose the item you wish to
purchase and continue through the checkout process to complete your order."
Interesting. If you ever get an answer about what was going on, be sure and post it. That sort of information can be used to help others with your type of problem.

Absolutely, I was hoping that someone had experienced this before.
After my ticket was transferred I got this email:
“Thank you for your patience while we investigated your issue.
I have cleared an issue on our side that was preventing your purchase from completing. At this time, I must ask that you try your purchase again.
If you continue to experience issues, please let us know."
I tried to purchase again and got the same “Payment Authorization Failed” message and emailed them back letting them know.
Update:
I got an email this morning from support saying they were transferring my ticket to Payment Review, where I assume I will get another message stating I am “a high risk purchase”. Whatever that means.
We got this reply, after CS suggesting that we try a different payment method.
“Hello again,
Thank you for the update.
I’m afraid our payment processor is still finding your purchase attempts too high risk to accept. That said, we are unfortunately not able to assist you with completing your purchase.
Our best recommendation would be to try your purchase attempt at a later date. If you are interested in purchasing the game at the sale price, I recommend keeping an eye on the Guild Wars 2 website for future sales."
Okay, long post.
I tried to purchase the game through paypal. I got an invoice on the Guild Wars 2 website with the order number. I did not get an email with a serial code. I messaged support and they refunded my payment. The refunded payment shows up on PayPal. I tried to buy it again since the first time was refunded. The payment never processed through paypal and I never received an email from Guild Wars 2 about a serial code, again. The payment was refunded, again.
This prompted me to try to buy again, but with my credit card directly instead of through paypal. Every time I’ve tried it’s given me the message “Payment Authorization Failed”. I have also noticed that I am unable to buy gems from in-game. I have messaged support again about this issue but have not gotten any reply whatsoever.
My friend has tried to buy the account with his own card and has had the same issue. Support emailed him and said his purchase was “high risk” so we couldn’t complete it.
We have tried with two different credit cards, two different pay pal accounts, multiple emails, multiple IPs and still have this issue.
What’s going on???
