Guys the only conclusion is, that animations of Nevermore or even the weappon itself are/is bugged or not yet completed.

They are time gating it artificially, it’s proofed now. Why would they take an event for the collection, which isn’t in the game anymore for months?

Linsesy only showed it on a Daredevil, Necro and a Mesmer. Maybe the guardian or elementalist animations are bugged? Or any other part of it.

Thats the only reason to time gate it like this.

jfyi.. Twilight was bugged for about 3 weeks.. Rodgorts prec crafting quest is bugged since over 5 weeks now… what should we do then??

You seem to not understanding the situation.

Twilight is craftable since 3 Years, so is Rodgort. The Precursor collection for them was a minor feature, but they ARE obtainable on other ways.

Nevermore isn’t. There is no other way. Many people including me, sold their investments and used all their gold to get Nevermore as quick as they can… But after you spent all the money, you allready were stuck at T4, which is actually bugged. So all your work, farming(And honestly, its a kittenton of farming(which isnt bad)) and gold invested in this buggy Collection, with no progress. New legendarys are a Major feature of the game. Even since they announced them in 2013 earlier…….

No chance they don’t seem to care about us. I’m about to write an open letter in the name of the players towars Arenanet, regarding the lack of communication and what is happening at the moment. Something is going on…. Even if the number of players has doubled, there seems to be a lack of employees.

A patch will come later this day… don’t worry. if it contains a fix, only Arenanet can say.

And by the way: It isn’t the Precursor Collection, it is the legendary Collection(T4) which is bugged.
The Precursor is fortunately obtainable.

You honestly can’t compare a Fractal Collection with a legendary journey which you allready have paid 2200-2500 Gold for. Not at all.

Thats the proof. No one at Anet ist testing such things. Or the guys who do, are not enough and they test other things…. Arenanet said they invested “Months of work” into the legendary Collections. Wouldn’t you test something you worked so hard and long for, before you release it?
Something is happening at Arenanet. Seems like a big lack of employees.

Combine Raven and Spirit: No option to meld the items together at the place of power.

Tamed Spirit: Nothing happens at the Heart of the Raven, even tried to /ponder and thought that would do something but it didn’t lol.

1st: Pls read the hints of those collectibles. Tamed Spirit is just obtainable when you have all friends, including friend of the pupps and rabbits.

2nd: No tamed spirit=nothing to combine raven with.

Just read the tips of the collectibles.

If they are bugged, we will see, when they patch pupps and rabbits on (probably/hopefully) tuesday. Hopefully they are not, but it won’t surprise me.
And i cant even understand why they don’t hotfix such kitten bugs. it worked on T2 in about 2 days. Why do we have to wait for 2 little progress blocking bug fixes for such a major part of the game for over 11 days…?

If they even would say we have to understand or wait for the patch, we would knew they are working on something big with high priority(They probably do) but without any reaction from the devs, we will never know.

At this point I’m basically just angry with them and at how they don’t give a kitten about us. And by us, I don’t mean just us doing Nevermore.. Basically they don’t give a kitten about any player, judging by the amount of bugs.. Astralaria is just as undoable as Nevermore, H.O.P.E. has serious flaws, albeit doable, and some of the old pre collectiones are in a really bad state.
They could argue that they’re focusing on revamping WvW, but what’s the point? It’s just gonna be more content that people can complain about. They keep piling bad things on top of other bad things, while not making anyone happy, and they’ll end up with a big pile of kitten.
Really unbelieavable that a major feature released 11 days ago is still bugged. Have not seen this in any game I played.

Theres a reason why no one is writing a bunch of text, which says that everything is well and that they are satisfied by/confident with the game like on any other big MMO or popular game. These posts slowly faded away about a year ago. Guess we will see those Nevermore. (Pun intended)

You can even use a dark field and projectiles… taddaaa: Life Leach. This is known for long.

Why all only talk about puppy owl and rabbits we stil can’t melt raven and spirit at the skillpoint , getting pupy and rabbits won’t fix that one.

Please read the hint of this collectibles. They are only doable if you have done friend of the pupps and rabbits!

So we dont know yet, if these are bugged or not. The hint says they will work, if you got the bugged collectibles.
You need Friends of pupps and rabbits for the tamed spirit. And you need the tamed spirit for melting primed and tamed spirit together.

Everything seems like the patch will (hopefully) arrive on 2nd of december.

No respond from Anet except a patch…. And when you are looking at the gemstore right now, with all those shiny bundles, which are sooo cheap and awesome,cough one can see, that Guild Wars 2 has become to one of those lesser quality F2P games.

Disappointing direction, which Arenanet took. And now we can feel, the first results of becoming an F2P game right here.

Those things are doable. They should at least fix the bugged collectibles.

Around the release, there were several hotfixes, no one complained. So whats the matter of not hotfixing such little bugs, blocking such important things?

I seriously “bought” the event for 1g, cause someone was selling the event chain via Lfg………….. That worked for me. Guess this isn’t the “legendary journey” Arenanet promised us about months ago.

The storyline within the Collection is awesome and beautifull made ( I expected a raven Minipet, instead of just an item then it would be a 10/10!)
But all the bugs and especially the progress blocking bugs in T4, which are denying us to make Nevermore, are fading that all into the background.

We bought this content, and we paid money for it.

Just sayin.

My greatest fear at the moment is, that they fix rabbit event and friend of the pupps…….. And “tamed spirit” and “combine raven and spirit” are bugged and it takes another week or longer of waiting time.

Or even more worse: Nevermore Animations are bugged or it has clipping bugs… -.-

This. We can just make bug reports ingame, with progress blocking notifivation, every time there is no rabbit event and every time we don’t get a “friend of the pupps” collectible, after the event in caledon forest…. If everybody does that, i think they will recognize it sooner or later.

This is not true. For instance, in volume 4 (Guide to raising a raven – first item in the collection) – not only do you need it, but it has to be in your inventory when you try and speak to Moda the Quick in raven lodge (Prepare Raven collection item) or she doesn’t offer the dialog for the collection.

Guess you made something wrong, the first time you tried to get the dialogue. Just my Raven was with me, no other collectibles, and i got the dialogue option for the collection.

You don’t need all of those items. If they have shwon up in you collectin, you can definately delete them.

Would be nice to know, if this gets ever fixed. I heard the Frostfang Precurser collection was bugged for 4 weeks, with no official response or attention.

Maybe we are able to craft Nevermore with the Christmas festival on december 14th………………………..

New legendarys announced in 2013. -Ok.
New Legendarys released in 2015 with an add on, you have to buy, to get them. -…Ok.
New Legendarys are delayed, and won’t ship at Add On release. -……………Ok.
New Legendarys are just 3, not all19 weappons, nope, just 3,-…………………………Ok.
New legendarys Collections are bugged, but got fixed within 2 days.. -Not ok, since something such important should be tested. At quality tests, you should have found wrong descriptions and misspellings, like →Thaumanova Fractal Chest=Fire Elemental Chest.
New legendary Collections are still bugged. and not getting fixed since 5 days -Now its getting to serious sort of ….trolling…… You said you “Invested months of work…” And i feel bad by myself, to say, that i can’t believe you anymore, regarding this point.

This is really disappointing me, too.

Since i have a very bit of game developement experience, i can say that it doesnt take that much effort to give the “Protector of All” Collection item, which is actually bugged, the Weappon Vendor, who stand at the Chest, after you defeated mouth of Mordremoth so you can purchase it for 1.000 Karma or whatelse.

Such a hotfix would be great. But we aren’t being heard. Again.

A quick answer like: “We will fix this witch the next patch.” would be fine. But nothing. And honestly, Anet is not a 10 People development Studio. So this is getting even more disappointing…

This was allready tested by a group, it didn’t work for them.

It is a bug, and the silence we are experiencing from the Devs is just really, really disappointing!!

Since all 3 legendary Collections have Progress breaking Bugs at different stages, this isn’t really unlikely. -.-

If Tier 1 has allready 2 bugs. A Minor, cause something was wrong described.( Very curious by the way)
And one gamebreaking Bug, which blocks the progress.

But pls, you fixed a description in T1 of Ravenswood branch, and you didnt touch the bugged Collection Item at Dragon Stand. You “fixed” it, but just 1 part!

Since no one is typing “Ok, we hear you.” We cant be sure, that this will get fixed soon!

I dont want troubles when i motivate other people to make bug reports, if this is some sort of violence against the User Agreement or something else, than just delete this comment…. Most of us hatve waited for this since 2 years and are very, very hyped.

Just a quick hotfix, for e.g. giving the collection item to that weappon merchant after you defeates Mouth of Mordremoth, to buy it with Karma, like the other ones in that collection……………………
