Thank’s guys .. i think we got only WvW .. but although open world pvp and PK would be fun but it’s ok

One i heard there is a refund for money or the game from people who bought it in early 2015 to now .. I bought the game throw G2a idk where my money will be refunded.. That’s if it will be refunded .

Two .. Me and now my friends will be downloading the game again .. but we all reached levle 20 and got bored last time .. we hate the arena pvp we all love open world rewarding pvps .. so can any one explain PvP types here like if there is also guild wars ?

Three PvE till level 20 i find it extremely boring and complicated . it’s fun to wander around and adventure the world .. but we all wanna rush for PvP .. and get fashions we get lost on what we should do to level up fast since there is no certain questing system so we don’t know what to do most of time but wander around.

Four I wanna play a class for PvP purposes .. which just summon things to fight with me .. Mesmer is fine but it’s defenses is dead and it’s extremely low in mobility .. and i love thief but i hate switching between weapons a dozen times .. i want a class that summons any thing to fight by my side and same thing a good mobility thati don’t have to switch a billion weapnos to be able to make all uses of my class.

Hi all i bought the game earlier . .first people on forums kept telling me it’s going to rage quit soon and i really don’t know any more if the game player base is still hight or no .. i in PvE meet like 2-3 players max on level 30 .. how so ever that’s not what’s boring me .. what’s boring me is PvP .. i reached good level to PvP .. Arena is very complicated not fun as i though .. and also PvE takes so long nd there is no open world PvP and PvE seems so aimeless like where do i go or what to do i can go to another map by mistake cause i don’t know what to do.

Other than that i decided to leave thief cause it’s too switchy and got me annoyed in both PvE and furstated in PvP it don’t like that shiny combo that i though it would be so please suggest to me from my style
I like poison stacks like necromancer.
I like Dual shiny weapons that hits and do shiny combos like Elementalist
I like to summon clones like mesmer .
I know they 3 squishy but i don’t know which to pick 3 looks like my style .. but i like to teleport and do CC and alot of combos same time have escapes and the class don’t look so broken like o don’t mind taking time to learn it .

Then what does basically mesmer do ? I didn’t reach level 20 yet XD can you please tell me about both mesmer and thief so i can close this discussion and go level up ?

What about thief.. Can thief summon a clone too?
I like the idea of strategy game play .. Like summon a clone to do a trick while am hiding then teleport to him give a small CC then hide then he start thinking then i come out do high brust of mele damage and so on .

Thank you guys very much every thing is solved beside mesmer thing .. I like clones idea and if any one played Moba LOL i play shaco and etc.. I just love to have a twin to trick with me and etc.. XD but i find mesmer is so bad in pve with dagger and staff he dies so fast and deal so low damage compared to the area of level mobs. Other than that Thank’s again very very very much for the help.

You don’t need to be level 80 to enjoy PvP.

In PvP you get all skills, gear and traits you need without being level 80.

In WvW you get upscaled to level 80, so even if you’re level 3 you’ll be doing similar damage output to a level 80. (The only difference will be stats affected by your gear and traits).

PvE maps are shared by all EU or NA servers. It is called a megaserver. For example, my home server is Gandara, but in PvE I can run around maps with friends from Underworld, Desolation, you name it. The only difference server makes is in WvW- that’s the place I play only with my fellow Gandara members. Moving servers will not influence how many people you see around you in PvE maps.

It might be that you’re just unlucky, or that you’re in maps that aren’t as populated. All starter areas often have lots of people in them, but middle-level zones don’t often have as many people. You’ll often find huge groups of people at World Bosses and outside dungeon entrances.

EU and NA servers don’t mix, if you want to move to an NA server (from an EU server) you will have to delete all of your characters to do so.

Also, joining a top WvW server isn’t necessarily the best option to choose. Often the best WvW servers have the longest queue times to get into the maps. I’ve heard some people have to wait for an hour or more just to get a spot in WvW.

Mega server ? Hmm i see i just googled it .. am so idiot

Also i got one last question to ask which is ? Where do i go US or EU i want pvp only i don’t care no more about PvE encounters so please who tested both US or EU advice. and thank’s very very much for every single respond.

Also i play mesmer .. I noticed it’s very bad in pve i take 5-10 minutes with two handed sword XD while i saw a bresker just smashing throught every thing. and we were both same level .. I like thief hiding style nad clone duplication with both insane damage .. which weapon i pick in pve and pvp ?

Thank you guys, But i noticed the arena that give max level is quit 0 effective in the real open world so i have to level up.. But leveling is not so much guided .. I mean i was level 15 and i finished that snowy map but i was with 0 clue where to go i kept exploring for 1-2 hours before i realized there is actually a 3- 4 more maps with 1-15 level .. I don’t know really shouldn’t be something telling me where to go now ?

Hi , Am new to Gw2 it was my goal since past to buy it and yeah i finally did but am so disappointed.
I loved the idea of this game being PvP as i saw on Youtube .. But when i opened it i got the news right in the face that i have to play 3-4 weeks to be level 80 to enjoy the massive world vs world pvp . How ever that’s not the problem the game is actually quit fun in leveling , and community is very friendly but my question is .

I play in EU server since i live in Egypt , But here is the problem .. I barely pass by 3-4 players each time i do quests .. i really see it a very dead server , Can some one suggest US or EU server that is so crowded and PvP based ? I tryed to join some US servers but they are 24/7 crowded so i noticed they are top played ? But i don’t know how to get in them .
