Guild Wars 2

I have a feeling it has a lot to do with them still being plants in end. They’re not made of flesh and bone, but in stead are made of twigs and leaves.

They honestly just need to improve upon the Maguuma Jungles, like the areas they had in Guild Wars 1. The one thing you get enough of is plains, even the Shiverpeaks feel like they don’t enough, but that’s just my opinion.

the burst on a longbow is actually, pretty poor. i’m sorry but that’s a fact. 13k rapidfire every 10seconds? for that you might as well use a shortbow for the sustained damage+bleeds

Plus if you’re just spamming the basic on the short bow, you’re not using it to it’s fullest potential. You have an attack gives you an extra evade, poison damage, an interrupt, and of course a crippling effect. If applied correctly the short bow can be tactically used.

Long bow on the other hand, I just keep it for the AoE it has, outside of that the dps isn’t that great compared to short bow, and the rest of the skills on long bow list take forever to cool-down.

how about reworking the ranger to where they are not so dependent on the pet? Rangers lose around 40% of their dps from 1)having to call back the pet, 2) keeping him on passive(to keep him out of AoE) 3) when pet dies 4) fighting from walls of keep or tower or fight enemies that are on walls.

IMO the best thing to do with the pet is rework the numbers to the point that the pet is around 10% of the total dps.

how many other professions automatically lose a huge portion of their dps if they make a mistake and time their F1-F4 abilities wrong or for trying to defend their keep?

I don’t really have an issue with my pet gone and having no dps; with the shortbow I can easily out damage my pet and more often than not, accidently pull agro from any mob because of all the stacks of bleeding I put on the enemy.

Though as a Sylvari Ranger I have the option of taking root and summon 5 to 7 seed turrets that do damage in case my pet downs on me.

I actually don’t have issues with pets in dungeons, and I’ve been playing one since the beginning. The trick is to know what pet to use in which dungeon. For example, Twilight Arbor: Main Pet of choice would be the Brown Bear couple him with the signet of renewal and the team has to worry less about conditions. On top of all that, the Bear category is designed for tanking. Looking for a pet with tons of chances of evasion, go with a bird class (Raven, Owl, Hawk, and Eagle). Great damage, but if they do get hit they tend to take the hit.

The ranger is more about support, strategy, and tactics despite what people want to believe. I find myself changing my pet constantly in a dungeon just so I can be ready for the boss, or I find out it’s just the incorrect pet for the dungeon.

Sylvari themselves cannot reproduce, but the pale tree is connected to all of us and evolves the next generation of us as she feels would be best for survival. This why you see a lot of same gender relationships with-in the Sylvari. We have relationships based on relationships, not the urge to reproduce. ^^

I’ve noticed over the past few months, and as the population has started to grow so has the issue with both Server Hoppers and Guild Hoppers, it’s a pretty serious problem now.

The ability to switch between guilds was a great idea at first, and now it’s just ruining the game out right. We’re better off at re-introducing Guild Alliances and removing the feature all together because instead of just leaving a guild they stay in the one they’re in and don’t represent causing the entire guild to suffer from it.

The best suggestions I can think up for fixing this issue in particular
Remove the ability to Switch between Guilds: Despite how harsh this sounds, I honestly think it’s the best solution.
Cause guild switching to cost in-game Money: Not a preferred option for me, but it shows that you need to make a commitment to one guild.
Bring Alliances back: I was honestly surprised that was taken out since Guild Wars 1, it was a feature that everyone loved, it let them be in multiple guilds at once, but still remaining true to the one they were in.

Server Transfers
Over all the free server transfer is ruining servers all together, yeah granted I understand that the guesting feature being unavailable put wretch in the plans for everyone including the development teams, but it’s driving servers into the ground, especially in WvW.

The Best Suggestion:
Make sever transfers cost money: It’s just that time, people are using this to get mats faster, or changing worlds simply because the servers suck in PvP/WvW and instead of getting together and forming a guild around PvP/WvW so we can start winning, they just transfer to a different server that’s better at it.

Well yeah I figured that out, but they don’t show up in-game. It’s been bewildering me and my friends.

I’ve noticed since the official release, Titles do not show up in any way, I’ve looked for anything that might might activate them, but I still have no luck. Is there away to fix this, or is it just a bug?

There’s a few I would love to see, mainly the various versions Griffons. Although I would love to see, as well, Stags, Rams, Long Horn Sheep, different canines, and Foxes.
