It seems like dynamic events now have a karma scaling system in place. Instead of the typical 300-350 karma for a complete event chain, when the system kicks in, you will get about 10-20 karma per event. This is also with a Karma Boost active, so the actual rewards are probably lower.
Doing the whole Grenth temple dynamic event chain netted about 70ish karma total. Was this system implemented in the last patch? If so, why was it not documented? Also, with the current armour prices set to as they are, it requires about 180 dynamic events or so with the current prices. With this system in place, this pretty much prevents you from getting karma for this.
It feels like this system is in place to punish you from playing the game. Dynamic events in Orr are pretty much the end game at the moment, and I am thoroughly confused as to why there is a system in place that punishes you from playing the end game.
Any insight as to why this system was implemented would be appreciated.
