having connection error and i just uninstall gw2 and trying to reinstall it again but wtf cant even download the game in gw2 setup also connection error .

Mine is like this too

well i can download it now try this on gw2setup *right click,create shorcut, then right click the shorcut you created go to Properties on TARGET on last name of exe(space it )-authsrv 206.127.146.73 -assetsrv 64.25.41.2

then press OK then double click the shorcut and you are fine to download it again

Found a solution :

Step 1 : Plug OUT your ethernet cable if you are using direct connection to your router.

Step 2 : Connect to your Wifi

I deleted the game, “arena.net” you are the best ….. (I managed to play 1 day after buying the game)

Yes This works.
Right click on your gw2 shortcut icon on the desktop.
select properties, in the target field paste the following
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe” -assetsrv 64.25.41.2
Note the addition at the end with a space after "
