hacked account. i got my account and password restored, and now that i can access it
it is permanently banned.
i already got an useless responce, instructing me on how to change my password and on how to enable email autentication, without removing the ban.

i just need to see my ban removed.

my account is permanently banned due to hacker activity.
i recived a support e-mail, teaching me how to reset pasword and activate email verification, an it wasn’t of any help to remove my ban…

just to be sure, after getting my account back, and founding it perma banned, i should update my existing tiket or create a new one with the request to unban?

is realy so hard for the support unban the account in the same time they reset your credential?
