i am having the same problem, too
ok, for some time i’ve had some issues with my account that i’ve decided to post about because i ‘suspect’ they may be related, and for other reasons as noted below. here they are:
1. some time after i started playing the game, i changed my password (b/c of the ‘bogus’ prompt at the login screen that appeared a few months ago). i can’t remember if it was thru the forums, the game login window or somewhere else when i did this, just stating this for info. but ever since, it retains my OLD password in the ‘p/w field’ on the login screen. even if i save my new password, it always reverts to the old one, so i always have to re-type it manually
2. i can actually log into the game with my OLD password! i should not be able to do this IMHO, but it’s still possible.
3. this is the most problematic for me. I am NOT accruing skill points on any of my characters even after 80. And I have levelled many times w/ multiple characters so i know it isnt working. it sux b/c i can’t buy any items that require skill pts to buy, and i’ve already lost probably a few hundred skill pts b/c of this glitch. unfortunately i just recently found this out, or i wouldve checked on it sooner…hoping the lost skill pts can be restored but i figure it’s a long-shot.
any help is appreciated, or even if someone can simply point me in the right direction for a fix b/c i’ve looked around and havent found anything…thanks!
