I have a better rig than that by a long shot and i am still having fps issues. its the game.
I am having the same issues since the update today. the game is unplayable for me at this point. it crashes at a white screen after clicking login.
4.5ghz i7(oc), gtx670(oc) , 20 fps in DWE's.

4.625ghz I7 and GTX 670. Only place I have bad fps is a few spots in black citadel and occasionally with a large event.
same thing is happening to me after todays update.
After clicking login, the game goes to a white screen that promptly crashes since update today.

Skill point mob is dead and has been for weeks. There were at least 40 people here after server restart trying to get it. People were streaming in for minutes. This needs to be resolved.
