Fluffy, Fluffy, Fluffy. This is the last time I shall address your comments. Mark Twain once wrote to never argue with a mule. You waste your time, and annoy the mule. I stated my case and you gave no real argguement against it. There have been subsequent statements by others that back up what I said. Despite our (realitive) lower pop in YB, we can and will give you a fight. I understand that bullys want easy opponents. So come on down and fight for victory. If you get it, you won it, we didn’t lose it for lack of trying. Many warrior cultures measured themselves by the greatness of their foes. What will your measure be? Warrior or bully?
Then you been playing the wrong servers fuffy. No suprise about your asertion. Many people ignore what is standing in front of them, much less a truth spoken.
Oooookay, its easy to see the usual B.S. people post to explain why they lose. It can’t be theirs of course. I do know that playing smart will beat mindless. I read some guy insist that a 5 man sieged equiped keep can’t be held against 70 zerg. Maybe, maybe not. I can testify that one of my guildies in YB held off a 30+ zerg w/ 6 golems BY HERSELF. Yepper, she had an AC and a treb. They died. (you wanna say I lie? I will give your name to her. She will chew you a new one) YB wins cause we play smart. We learn and teach what we learn to the rest of our server. I will not say a high pop isn’t an advantage. Even then you can make them bleed. and get bags at your feet while using a siege engine. In other words guys learn to use the weapons you have and NEVER give up anything without a fight! Good Luck on your season.
Dear Straegen, I so do not feel your pain. Your over pop server has it too good already.
This is about game play period. Your oversized guilds on off hours (Wolf to name one) with 50+ zergs are winning you weeks, for you. Any other server that can find a way to make it harder for you, are bad people? Please take your reward and slink back under the rock you came from.
Yes Virginia, I love killing mindless zergs with defensive works. Yep I said Mindless. In the history of Man defensive works were made for the few to fight effectively against the many. Conflict involves speed, skill, equipment, and thought. The combination of these factors is called STRATEGY. A great warrior is defined by the number and greatness of his foes. If it was easy Grandma would be in here doing it for us. Change nothing ArenaNet, so that we learn to fight Greatly.
As a Heal, Bond, and Smite Monk in GW1, I feel your pain. A-net has attempted to fix the problem in GW2. Other replys in this thread have addressed it. But as a “tagger” and scout, I suprised an avowed zerger with the fact I had more badges. When I sit on a “treb” or AC and kill off a zerg thats come knockin, I have bags littered at my feet. All I see is a badge farm when a zerg comes. So ya ’ll come back, yah hear!
