Guild Wars 2

I have completed world 1 on tribulation mode 2 full times and still have not recieved the glutton of punishment achievement. This is preventing me from doing world 2 on trib mode since you need world 1 finished. Any recommendations on what i should do?

ive done all 3 zones 2 times and waited for timers all times but i still dont hav glutton of punishment achiev

i did all of them on trib mode i have a toad king greatsword

i was told i just need to do zone 1 and 2 but that doesnt seem to work so do i need to do zone 3 or no?
