Hello my ticket, request #4289, is still unresolved. They asked for my permission to complete my request, and I sent them a reply giving it to them. I have yet to hear back from them or have my request completed.

If you do the first part of the LS content you get four finishers, each giving you 5.
So 4 * 5 = 20 == enough to complete achieve. Don’t know what you did with yours.

Add another person to the list who is sad about this. Being one of the many who couldn’t complete last years achievements because Sandy took my power out I was hopeful that I would get another chance this year. So here’s my thought on all of this:

1)People saying “living world” doesn’t come back – well last time I checked Halloween comes around every year. So not really “living world”

2)I can see not bringing back the Mad Memories part because that would break the lore to have it back again. But I don’t see why Anet couldn’t reactivate all of the other achieves seeing as the reqs to get them are still present.

I assume they have their reasons…

I support both a hat maker and costume maker. Don’t want to use up all my storage on costumes/hats.

Just wondering if you people at Anet are considering bringing the titles back for next year’s Halloween? I didn’t get a chance to complete my Master Carver title or Emissary of the Mad King due to a power outage.

I’m thankful that you added the NPC, so I could get the hat, but just wondering about the titles. Are the gone forever, or will they be available again next year?
