I didn’t really know where to put this, so if it’s not this subforum, please move, but here is my question:

Why GW1 nicknames are still not released?

I’m trying to make a character right now and I’m getting this message “The name you entered is a reserved Guild Wars character name”

According to wiki and this blogpost: http://www.arena.net/blog/reserve-your-guild-wars-character-name-for-guild-wars-2-by-july-31 , players who didn’t create characters with GW1 nicknames during headstart and launch day, lose rights to those names.

So what’s up with that?

I tried this again after ~3h and it worked as intended. Solo, didn’t change anything. It’s one of those missions that may occasionaly bug out for no reason, hopefully ANet will fix it soon!

Bugged for me too today. Near the end the explorers don’t follow to the south gate, only Trahearne does. But when I reach the green marker with him, nothing happens.

I really hate doing this all over again.

I’m on this mission right now and explorers just don’t want to follow me… I cleared all mobs just to find out the way i entered the cave is blocked… Kinda annoying taking into account this quest isn’t that short.
