Guild Wars 2

While i am in the game i keep getting an error message saying “The game client lost its connection to the server. Please wait a few minutes before restarting the client and try again.” This happens to me about every 20 minutes and sometimes a few minutes once i enter a characters world. How can i fix this?

i just got this problem, last night the game was working perfectly for me and today its giving me the error

i cant even log into the sever, i dont understand because it was just working last night for me
