Indeed, Everlasting Sacred Path scooped me up and I’m very impressed so far.
They should really just scrap the whole seasons idea and try something different. They keep making it worse as they try to make it better.
It gives me great pleasure to introduce our new WvW-Recruitment officer: wiggle cat~
Bump.

I have been on SoR since the beginning, when I came back to the game SoR was no longer T1 and all my friends were transfered, my guild came to TC because they wanted to stay competitive but did not want to join the personality of bg/jq. I came over to TC and actually found every aspect of what I do in game is being met here. Lots of friendly players from all over the world, RP actually exists here and very strong. PvE exist here, WvW is getting much much better.
All in All TC is actually a very relaxed and enjoyable server that you can still compete with the best and have fun. Not too many servers can say that I’m really loving TC <3
-For the toast-
We are still looking to expand our ranks in WvW — particularly during EU and Oceanic prime. We have a fair number of guild members based in these regions but could use a few more participants for our WvW activities during these times to really take off.
I am also looking to either train from within or recruit an experienced commander that can work with us and help drive.
NA players are welcome to apply as well, as we’ll always consider anyone who seems like an exceptional fit for our guild.
All of the above still stands. We are still looking for a few more players to join our WvW team. We can work with people of any skill level, and profession isn’t a huge concern (although we can always use some additional guardians and necros).
The guild has been around for nearly 9 years now, so you know it is stable. We like to keep things relaxed, and yet remain organized and cooperate together exceptionally well.
Have a look at our site and/or whisper me for more details.
At this time we are still looking to add a few more WvW-oriented players to our guild roster. We welcome seasoned vets and new up-and-comers alike. The one important thing is that you enjoy our guild atmosphere and make this your new home.
[ESP] is prepped and ready to go for the Spring Tournament. We would still welcome a few more members to join our team. We welcome highly experienced and new players alike. While we enjoy winning, we primarily play because we have fun and enjoy the camaraderie.
Check out our guild forums or speak to any of our members for more details.
Tarnished Coast is once again open for transfers. TC offers great fights against skilled opponents, 24/7 competition, and an outstanding community.
In [ESP], we have member activity around the clock and also offer a great sense of community, and a place to experience all aspects of the game in one guild.
We remain open to new prospects who are interested in joining us for our weekly WvW activities, as well as all of the other events such as sPvP, World Boss, Guild Missions, and Dungeon Runs that we do on a regular basis.
Whether you are a current resident of TC, or curious about possibly transferring over to join in on all the action, just speak to any of our current guild members and we will be happy to chat with you and discus what it means to be a part of [ESP].
Web site: Everlasting Sacred Path [ESP]
Active Since 2005 * International Player Base * A True PvX Guild * 18+ Age Requirement * Tarnished Coast Influence
Note, we are a large PvX guild that is active in WvW as well as all other aspects of the game. We have an active WvW player base, but not all of our members participate.
Currently we are looking to expand our WvW activities and seek players of all nationalities and time zones.
- We generally field between 25 and 35 players on reset nights. We also run together Monday and Thursday evenings (NA prime) and former smaller havoc squads during other times of the day.
- Our guild is international, with most members being from either the NA, EU, or Oceanic region. We would greatly like include more of our EU and Oceanic/SEA player base in Wuv and begin setting more raid times for these time zones.
- We aren’t really concerned with skill level so long as our members are willing to learn and work well as part of a team. We are more than happy to train the right people.
- We run balanced team compositions and give equal focus to PPT and open field combat.
- The general guild atmosphere is very relaxed and easy-going. We like to have fun and laugh at our own stupid jokes and aren’t going to yell at anyone for making a mistake. At the same time, we play with the goal of excelling at what we do and work towards achieving that together.
Interested parties should swing by the ESP Web Site and make a post regarding your interest in joining. You can also contact me or any of our guild members and we will be happy to chat with you.
Best regards, and see you out on the field of battle,
~Karuna

The real deal Karuna!
Stumbled a bit late on this, but, for what it’s worth, aside from being a cornerstone of the Tarnished Coast community, one can always count on ESP to have one’s back in WvWvW. A strong guild on a perfectly sound World participating in the most competitive NA Tier. You’re missing out.
Tarnished Coast offers an outstanding community, a high level of cooperation amongst our players, and a lot of talented players to interact with. We are inclusive and see the large variety of players on our server as a strength.

About the Coast:
Tarnished Coast was a long-term contender in T2 and we eventually climbed our way up to tier 1. The server placed 3rd in the Gold League during the First WvW Season and we are currently poised to finish in the top rankings of Season 2.
We are the unofficial North American RP server and are home to a very robust and growing WvW community that has ascended gradually through the server rankings. We pride ourselves on our quirkiness, our tenacity, and our community. In WvW we have a very strong militia and a variety of guilds with different interests and specialization. This wide spectrum of interests and experience has given us a very inclusive server attitude.
What we are looking for:
Due to the nature of T1 we seek to round out our coverage so that we will be able to ensure engaging and fun fights with all manner of opponents. Currently our biggest needs are during late NA/early SEA times and early EU.
What we can offer to transfers:
- Repping from TC WvW guild members to help build influence for transfer guilds
- Guilds that offer open guild missions
- Server-wide events and contests including beauty contests, races, trivia, and more
- An active and engaging WvW scene with tough opponents
- Weekly WvW meetings and access to strategic WvW resources
- A server-wide Mumble for voice communications
- A strong sense of community that is welcoming and encouraging
- One of the strongest PvE communities out of all the NA servers
- Respect: we welcome anyone looking to make TC their home

A guild distribution mailing list would be a good idea, as would many other vital (and still never changed since launch) basic functions expected for guild interfacing such as members being able to deposit items to an existing stack in the guild bank, amongst other things.
Pre-launch they said they will be taking the best elements from other mmo’s and incorporating them into the new gw2 game, so they must know of guild features like this that other games have but for an unknown reason decided it was not important to spend time and money implementing to gw2, at least not yet anyway.
But definitely this is a good suggestion and I hope the devs pay attention, it would add new/more functionality to guilds.
You can also check their achievement points on the leaderboard, it display when they last earn an achievement point. Though not completely accurate about when they last log on, but it gives some indication.
After this check, you will find out a few member who has not earned a single achievement point in a few months. It is a necessary (but not sufficient) condition to indicate that that member might not be active.
This process helps to eliminate the possibility of the currently active members from your potential kick list. You will then only have to send out a few mail to those who haven’t earned their achievement point to check if they are active.
I feel your pain. A month ago I sent out mail to all my guild members saying if they don’t reply back to be before 2014 they will be removed, and it took forever with that mail suppression.
Personally, I find the system pointless since it doesn’t really stop a gold seller. Assuming most are just bots sending out the message all they need is a little extra code telling it to wait a minute every few mails.
My thoughts is that they remove the suppression for sending mail to guildmates (not people on friend list). Or if that is too difficult to filter for how about a guild upgrade that allows for one mass mail message to everyone in the guild, build time for the item can be 3 days and you can’t speed up the process, in order to prevent guilds from spamming it.
Yesterday I cleaned my guild from inactive members and there was 2 problems.
I can not see when my members was online the last time, is it possible to add that information to guildlist?
The 2. problem is the mail spam supression.
I know it is good to stop goldsellers but i wanted to leave a mail for every member i kicked so they know the reason and to who to talk if they return.
I had to kick 140 members and it was impossible to send messages to all because i was all the time supressed.
Is it possible to add a option for guildleaders of guilds with lets say 200+ member to switch off the supression for 30 minutes?
That would make our cleanup job easier.
P.s amazing fights. I love T2.

I use all my karma on the Orrian Jewelry Boxes, since I get Obsidian Shards and lodestone from it. Not to mention when I dump 1mil karma (and repeat because of the karma consumables) I tend to get a few gold selling the junk item. I wish there was a fast consume/consume all for it though.
We have a way to get the commander buff on the bar, but not have it up. You people can’t focus me if the ENTIRE zerg has the tag buff on
Heading to T8 for a week. FC. Should be fun. Than back to FA under a new guild tag with a smaller more tight knit/hardcore group.
We won’t be able to deal with the mega ultra pink zerg anymore, but if you know me, you know im still going to hunt you can try none-the-less
I was really just interested as you are a member of the wvw community and its always odd when someone “changes jobs” so to speak, plus I recognized you from your post on the TC forums. I really never pay attention to who im targeting, but I have noticed a little more attention since I started posting videos lol. Good luck wherever you go.
I heard HoD eats children.
I know who that is

Here is an album of our naked zerg + golems + 18 commanders taking over FABL in the last two hours.
Was lots of fun.
Rain, sleet or shine, TC always comes out to play.
This was fantastic!

I Disagree with you OP, portals are nice in jp wvw and anywhere in the game, im not a mesmer and it does not annoy me in any way.
just stop. You obviously have no clue how portal works and make it sound like they just target any spot above them and portal up. Realize the mesmer does not place a ground target ahead or above or anywhere, the portals are always placed directly under where they are standing. The only way to portal somewhere is to have already have been there in the first place so to portal up above, as within the JP, they have to start at the top. Meaning they have to first go through the JP the same way everyone else does or get a portal from another mesmer who already has run through.

I play a mesmer and I do jumping puzzles in wvw.
There are already ways to counter. Learn to play better instead of crying something shouldn’t be allowed.
