This topic is about bolt, not the kitten harp or blob stick. But yeah, I think the teleport lightning effect would be awesome. Thief +bolt would be amazing with lightning port. Might have to make a Sylvari with mushroom cap and name him Raiden though.

I ask everyone to look up and read those last two sentences of my original post and to respect the topic of this thread. I understand how you feel but this isn’t a thread about The Minstrel and Meterogolicus being lackluster. You can make your own thread talking about it. As a matter of fact, there are already countless threads about that. This thread is about how to make Bolt more awesome than it already is. No need to act like children and whine on every single thread that is even remotely discussing a legendary and its effects.

I’m with ya on Anomaly looking better then Minstrel, as far as the Princess wand its cool lookin but no where close to Meteorlogicus..

Definately, i’m like 10% comp from getting my Minstrel. I’d like footprints and a bit more noticable effects if anything. I love the current effects, it’s just a bummer that they don’t always activate.

thats right my friend i REALLY love my minstrel and meteorlogicus but both need one rework.. the focus have a bug with musical notes almost never leave (sorry for my bad english..)

We still plan to do both new legendary weapons, as well as a clear path (on top of the current random chance) to gain precursors which players can see their progress and understand how much work they have left to do to gain it.

It’s highly likely the precursor concept will involve playing varied different content all over the game to gather numerous content specific materials that are combined together to make a precursor.

We do also want to maintain that chance you could get lucky and earn one earlier through random drops, so when we add the new system we will not remove the current one to ensure players have multiple ways to gain the items. Also with the upcoming update to WvW, there will be a chance players can earn precursors from the WvW rank reward chests as well.

I think they will release a huge “legendary update patch” including improved way to get them (precusor hunt and whatever) and improved visuals for most of them (underwater weapons, meteorologicus and ministrel come to mind). Might aswell do everything at once rather than updating a few here and there.

Waited for a while, but when i noticed other weapons are actually upgraded, such as the rifle and not that one, I decided to present this complaint, about the scepter being a comun weapon for all clases. This difference is not fair, I mean, if we want a legendary weapon we have to get the comun weapon, but we were offered equality in those aspects or class personalization, and then you don’t meet my expectations, if we need to try to get other weapons and we don’t want them.
