Invictus on the Maguuma server is now recruiting active players. We are a guild composed of like minded adults that come from many other mmo backgrounds. We have weekly events planned like spvp and explore mode runs. We have our own vent server that is used on a regular basis. Most members are lvl 40+ with a hand full of 80’s. We are all adults that know that real life comes first. We also know that when your in a game you want to feel at home in a guild and enjoy knowing you represent that guild. Our members are all seasoned players that raided in other mmos so dungeon runs are enjoyable. We have strong pvpers also and once a week we like to get together and go do some spvp sometimes just take a whole server and fight each other for fun. Once a month we have a planned guild event that a prize is awarded. The use of our website is where you can keep track of events. Lastly we just like to be a place where people can get on make friends and enjoy a game together. Hope to see you soon.

Currently only 1 warrior in the guild also.
I use Hammer/Rifle. I agree the hammer may feel slow at first, but you grow to love it. In melee it allows you the control to fight shieldless. I also run a 3 shouts/ shouts heal build though. All my gear is pow/toughness/vit with runes for the same. I even recently switched all my accessories to pow/toughness/vit. I can take a beating now, and offer alot of support with the shouts.

I keep seeing people reference Knights and Beserker armor as good choices for a warrior. Where does someone find these? This game is so huge I am lvl 77 and still dont understand half of it. Any help would be appreciated.
Depends on what you do ingame I guess. I personally wouldnt want to do explorables without the 3rd tier of tatics for Shouts Heal.
I am still having these same issues even after contacting my ISP, buying a new 3.0 cable modem and updating anything and everything possible. I am about 90% sure all my lag the last 5 days is on anets end. However is there a way to be 100% sure? Is running another game like WoW (holy father forgive me) the only way to check were the spikes are coming from?
I am on Maguuma if it matters.
I have plenty of lag the last 4 days. Theres another whole thread titled “Network Lag” somewhere around here. Though I havent been able to test the spvp vs pve to see if theres a difference on my end.
Not to steal your thread but is there a easy simple way to check if its your isp connection or game that is causing the lag spikes?
Thank you so much for this. I have been trying all types of warriors builds with not the best of luck. However I tried your hammer build and just love it. I actually feel like the warrior norn I am, knocking people around and supporting my team.
I am also having huge lag spikes in the last 2 days, (so maybe 9/18 also). its exactly as others describe, my character keeps moving with all my skills flashing, then it catches up with a flurry of actions. Also random DCs too. Has been driving me nuts in spvp. I would like to say its for sure on anets end however I was also having issues with vent at the same time. Theres no way the two could be related right? Has to be on my end? Any advice would be appreciated.
Is there a way to tell how many hours logged per character? This is not to insult you in any way I am just curious, or do people just estimate the hours and go really high with their number. reason being 350 hours since launch is like 12+ each day.
All rewards and such are for cosmetic purposes yes. Salvage what you dont want and use the mystic forge with the mats. Use your glory to buy salvage chests and such.
Warriors can be just as squishy as anyone when specced glass cannon. If you cant learn to dodge 100b then yes you will probably die fast. However I use a more defensive bleed build and trust me I am not bursting anyone down any time soon.
